SRL Cosmos Trawl is today a joint venture company between Sea Resources Ltd., Bangladesh and DanSea.
The history of SRL Cosmos Trawl brings us back to September 2008, where a partnership agreement between Sea Resources Ltd. and Cosmos Trawl A/S was signed to enter both parties into a Danida B2B project. This was the first step taken towards establishing the present joint venture company, SRL Cosmos Trawl Ltd.
In the following period, the new SRL Cosmos Trawl netloft at Karnaphuli was built. In April 2010 the “roof tree raising” was blessed, and officially opened by the Danish Minister of Development Cooperation, the Hon’ble Chittagong City Mayor and the Danish Ambassador of Royal Danish Embassy in Dhaka.
